Performance Air Struts

Built to withstand changing road surfaces, our struts are designed to offer flexible levels of performance throughout their life. Each strut kit includes a complete front & rear set up. Front struts include as standard 12 click damping adjustable monotube dampers, camber top mounts (where chassis fitment allows), height adjustable bodies to dial in fitment and bellowed air springs whether it’s a double bellow air spring or a triple bellow on applications which need to absorb big load. Our rear struts include as standard 12 click damping adjustable monotube dampers, height adjustable bodies and bellowed air springs whether it’s a double bellow air spring or a triple bellow where chassis allow, for tight of space chassis we use our newly developed slim double bellow air springs moving away from sleeve bags.

AirRex kits include a digital air management system and are supplied fully assembled and leak tested from the factory. This saves you hours of time compared to the rival systems. Each kit is presented in a composite wood casing with a smoked acrylic window, contained in the box are the primary control components these include valve block, compressor, air tank and purge valve. This kit also comes with well engineered AirRex struts which offer adjustable damping for precise control over handling and feel of the car, some kits also come with front adjustable top mounts which allows you to adjust camber.

The AirRex V2 Full Digital Air Suspension System Including Height Based Controller is a simple all-in-one solution to the problem of fitting air suspension. Unlike a DIY solution, AirRex are bundling everything you need into a kit. The new V2 kit uses a height based controller which allows you to set corner heights independently as a percentage of travel.

Building an air suspension set-up can be a slightly confusing exercise with lots of separate components to choose from. You then have to decide how to install it. By choosing an AirRex all in one air suspension kit, you take a lot of the fiddly decision making out of the process. AirRex supply their own air struts (with some with adjustable damping), a valve block, a compressor, an air tank, and a purge valve. All relevant components are packed into a composite wood casing with a smoked acrylic window.

The new V2 kit comes with a new height based controller. This allows you to set the ride height on each corner as a percentage of ride height. The controller is wireless and comes with an app to interface with your phone.
