- As diesel engines don’t rely on a spark ignition, they are not at risk of spark failure, so what is normally the first limiting factor of a petrol engine will never be an issue.
Modern diesels give outstanding fuel economy, but they are more limited than petrol engines, in how much extra power they can be tuned to make, using conventional means. However, by fitting a WON nitrous system, you can enjoy the best of both worlds – economical normal day to day running with a major power boost available at the flick of a switch.
A diesel engine requires a dry nitrous system, but additional fuel must still be available for combustion with the nitrous, in order to see an improvement in performance. The fuel is normally and simply added via the cars own fuel injection system. Many modern diesels are remapped from standard before nitrous injection is fitted, so the user usually notices a significant improvement by simply fitting a nitrous 'only' Street-Blaster 150D6 system, but just how much additional power is difficult to predict. An alternative to the traditional remap is a switchable tuning box (such as those supplied by WON) which can be switched to deliver more fuel when the nitrous system is activated, allowing the user to achieve higher power levels with the nitrous system.
The Street-Blaster 150D4 has the potential to increase the power of your engine by up to 150 horsepower. However, each engine's power output capabilities and total power achievable can vary depending on many factors.

Wizards of NOS Lifetime Warranty
Most products 'manufactured' by WON are covered by a warranty against any 'manufacturing' defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by any unapproved dismantling or modifications by the customer, nor does it extend to deterioration due to ‘normal’ ageing and use. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the products.
This warranty does not apply to products that are not 'manufactured’ by WON and such products are only covered by the statutory laws applicable at the time or the original manufacturers warranty, whichever is the longer. We will be posting a full list of all our products and the appropriate ‘specific’ warranty information as soon as possible but until then, please call for details if you need more information on a particular product. If any part becomes faulty, before even considering the return of the product, it is advisable to phone & speak to one of our technicians, as most problems can be easily resolved that way.
If it is decided that a product needs to be returned to us for inspection, it will need to be sent with proof of purchase, along with full contact details and payment for return postage, with a brief description of the fault. Based on the results of the inspection, WON will either repair or replace the product if the fault is found to be a manufacturing fault. If the cause of the fault is found to be outside our warranty terms and conditions, we will offer to repair or replace it at the customer's expense.
